The Cochise Water Project(TCWP) is a first-of-its-kind non-governmental 501c3 effort dedicated to conserving water in the Sierra Vista area. This non-profit organization is dedicated solely to the reduction of groundwater use in the Sierra Vista sub watershed by decreasing water use in both residential and commercial areas. Thanks to significant funding, community leadership and expertise are now joined in addressing this critically important issue.

Our goal is to have people think about saving water the same way they think about recycling or turning off the lights… not only is it the right thing to do – it’s the smart thing to do!

Here is an example of how we create events that bring the community together while at the same time lets us show examples of water conservation in a fun way.
